Anger is just another feeling that most of have it every day. It might be little things in your house, work or any other event that you may or may not control. Getting Angry has many bad effects on health and thus must be managed. Keeping it inside you is also disastrous. If managed well, it can pass by like anything. An angry person is vulnerable to violence. Getting angry too much can also cause death. Thus it has to be managed in a way that it should affect us.
